The conference room will be equipped with a computer (operating system (OS) Windows 7 or later and Microsoft PowerPoint 2015 or later) and a projector. If a Mac computer without an HDMI port is used, please bring with you the necessary adaptor for connecting with the projector (Mini-DisplayPort to HDMI adaptor). In case your presentation requires installation of more specialized software, please inform the Conference Secretariat.
The LDG8 Conference will host oral presentations and posters. The number of oral presentations will be limited and therefore, from the total of the papers that will be considered appropriate for presentation some of them may be turned into posters.
