Abstract submission

LDG8 will host both Oral Presentations and Posters.

Oral Presentations

Oral Presentations will be organized into thematic sessions according to the subject area they belong and therefore, when submitting an abstract, it should be stated which subject area of the Conference the particular presentation refers to.

Posters

Posters should belong to one of the subject areas of the Conference and therefore, when submitting an abstract, it should be stated which subject area of the Conference the particular presentation refers to. The author should put on the poster on the specific day and time of the presentation, be in front of it during the whole time stated in the program and remove it after the presentation.

The abstract should not exceed 300 words (without references). The abstract should include the purpose, the methodology, the results and the discussion. The working languages of the Conference will be Greek and English.

The prerequisite for inclusion in the final program and the Book of Abstracts of the Conference is the payment of the participation fee/registration on time (by 30/04/2020) by at least one of the authors. Each author can submit (either autonomously or as a co-author) up to three abstracts.
